of course it's mid summer, so very muggy and grass is hard to keep mowed. OK stop iif really needy, but nothing to brag about. Restroom for humans is clean. Main drawback I see is – gaps large enough for dogs 25 pounds and under to get out front dog gate, and the small dog gate too. Would be good for maintenance to secure better for small dog use.

Warning!!! I wouldn't let them near the water!! We saw a 3 foot gator that seems to consider the pond his home. Smallish for an alligator but definitely big enough to kill a dog or take a person's hand or arm.

There is no fee at this park. And it has a dog park as well. There is no swimming at this location though.
Yes sorta, it's a lovely long walk to the dog park with benches along the way. Nice place to come read a book or meditate even if you don't have a dog. Of course if anyone doesn't have a dog make your life fun and adopt a dog!
