First time using a cleaning service and they were phenomenal! The place looks so clean and the dust are all gone. The bathroom and kitchen looks brand new! Great communication throughout the scheduling, they send you a reminder text and email for the cleaning date and time, arrived exactly on time. I'm really impressed and will use their service again. The whole process was painless. I was out of state, trying to get my parents house cleaned before putting it on the market. I'd called a number of other services before coming across Bennett. Many didn't answer, others were understaffed etc. When I called Bennett, Matt answered right away, gave me a quote and scheduled me on the day I had in mind. On the scheduled day, the ladies showed up right on time. They were extremely thorough, professional and friendly. They did a great job. Bennett Home Services acquired my local cleaning company. When I asked them to drop off my house key, they said they would come drop it off. Unfortunately, nobody showed up during the scheduled time we had planned. When I followed up, they never responded. I followed up three times and they never reached back out. When I contacted my old cleaning service, they admitted they had lost the key and could not find it anywhere. I'm disappointed at at the lack of accountability and communication from Bennett services. Its disgraceful this company would not respond at all and step up to do the right thing. Now, out of security for my family, I need to have my locks changed. This was an opportunity for Bennett to make a strong first impression and gain a future new customer. Unfortunately, I would never do business with them because when something goes wrong, they just ignore you.
