The beef is now a dollar per pound higher than Whole Foods. It used to be cheaper. It is freshly slaughtered at least. They have heart and liver.

You can bring killed game. I would call the store and if not go to the animal science departments web page and look for tommy he's the head of the store. Send them an email.
I have seen them there in the past, but I've also not seen them. This could be because I normally go later in the day when the best, select cuts of meat are gone by midday. They're open M-F with fresh cuts open Friday only. You should give them a call today and ask.
Yes it is. He animals are all organically fed. But as of last Friday, they are closed for the Christmas vacation. I do believe Tommy had said that they will open back up I n 1/2/19

All their meat animals are bred, raised, and slaughtered at the school. I have never witnessed mistreatment on the slaughterhouse floor nor the beef teaching unit.
They are open to the public on Friday.
Call them or go visit during on Friday when they are open and ask in person. They can tell you their upcoming availability or see about setting them aside for you.
