We took our 2001 Audi TT Roadster in for 3 repairs, a flex disc, a torn wheel axle boot and a noisy door panel. The repairs were completed, but not on time. Once we got the car home, we noticed a new "klunk" sound in the front that was not there when we took the car in. The door panel also continued to be noisy as well. Sooo, we took the car back in for a look and we were told "nothing wrong, just a new klunk".....As for the door, they told us it would probably take another $600 to fix-this is after they took our $$ last time to fix the door. Not feeling it...we will be looking for alternate service providers from this point forward.

Buying the vehicle was a breeze the issue I have with the dealer is that I asked for a option so I could have my bank finance the truck. When I was in the financing office I was asked to not take the deal to my bank for 4 to 5 months, which I found strange considering I made several mentions of financing with my own credit union. So now I’m stuck with a higher interest rate loan . It’s a long story but it’s unfortunate that I wasn’t given a choice in who I could finance with .

Audi is collaborating with Amazon to make your e-tron home charging station setup as simple as shopping on Amazon. This includes the installation of a 240 volt charging system in your garage so you can recharge the e-tron SUV battery in about 9 hours. As with all Amazon Home Services, this charging installation is backed by Amazon's Happiness Guarantee.
An individual who purchases an Audi e-tron may be eligible for a federal tax credit of up to $7,500. Additional state incentives may also be available.
