We wanted a long lasting washer and dryer set so we had been researching Speed Queen (instead of all the brands now owned by Whirlpool) and were thrilled when we found that BID carried them. I called and placed a deposit since they had to order the dryer but held a washer for me so they could deliver the set together. They have their own delivery guys who do a great job and will take the old set away if you want them to. The whole process couldn't have been easier and we love our new machines!

This is the second refrigerator I have bought from this place (the first one in 2006), and their customer service has been impeccable both times. This new fridge seemed to be taking overlong for the freezer to get to zero degrees, though it finally has. They have offered to replace it if necessary, and to keep an eye on if for another day or two to make sure it is still okay. Their prices are very reasonable. I'm very happy dealing with them.

Nothing but Problems.. the owner hides out. He won’t answer the phone or return a call. I cannot say anything good with the five appliances I ordered. They only attempted customer service ... when they make the sale... no follow up!! I’d rather pay more somewhere else rather than deal with their products and staff. My friends witnessed Andy and Bob on speakerphone and they all commented.... “Wow.. that was Hostile !!” If anything would’ve just worked life would be good. Not... one... product... plugged... in... and worked. What a circus !! Go elsewhere!! Not worth the shop local effort!!
