There are no humans. you can NOT get thru on the phone. it says "every one is busy" ALL THE TIME AT EVERY TIME and hangs up. WDF!!!

Worst place to contact ever. Waited 5 and a half hours for someone to pick up only to have them HANG UP ON ME . Absolutely ridiculous, can’t do a job correctly at all.

They take kids away from good parents and definitely don't care about the kids. More interested in penalizing the parents than taking care of the kids. This organization needs to be defunded.
