If I could give this place a negative I would. Whoever is responsible for "The manager" Edward should really look at what is happening in this store. First I have been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years. I have 5 lines on my plan and never complain. I waited for the new zfold4 to come out for months while putting up with a "gimpy phone". I finally ordered my phone and it stopped working. After 2 hours troubleshooting with a master tech I was told to go to this store and ask them to fully activate my phone. Honestly I am not a "phone tech" to I said ok if that is the only way. I also asked the tech to please put the notes in my account so that when I get to the store they can refer to them. I made it to the store at 6:45 and they close at 7:00. I was met with a man that grunted at me and when I asked him to please look at my account became very agitated. This so called manager decided they were not going to help me and I was to leave the store. He began pushing me to the point that I felt threatened and walked out of the store. I then asked my husband to go into the store and see if they would help him. They refused to assist in a simple chip swap and were completely abusive and threatening to both of us. At what point does someone that treats solid customers as if they are disposable get fired? If this was my company I would not allow employees to treat customers in this manner. I stopped by he Verizon store in Palmetto on my way home and was met with a very professional man "Drake" that assisted me and was able to save me some money. He also told me about a great option for my Vacation Rentals for internet service. Verizon wake up. Do not allow your managers to abuse your customers. Edward should not be representing your great company!

You gotta turn WiFi on ...
This is a actual Verizon Wireless store so if you have them as you provider then they can help you order a new one if you have a warranty on you cell phone or they can help you order a new one
Check around i been with Verizon over 30 years i don't know of any deals from Verizon, but other carriers might have some deals going on.
You probably have the setting on the ring that gets louder each ring. Go to settings and check or do as i do. Go to Verizon and get them to help you
Depending on your phone but with most phones you go to your app for which your alarm is set under and turn it off. I hope that puts you in the right direction
