I’m giving my local Hand and Stone - University a 5-star rating for the excellent service the managers, front desk staff, and massage therapists provide. However, Hand and Stone corporate absolutely needs to expand operations to more locations because it’s impossible to schedule any services without waiting weeks - even with a paid membership. Hint: time to expand operations to SR 64 & Pope Rd. 😉
