I would NEVER recommend or refer anyone to this building. The staff is extremely rude especially Rachel, Brianna, and Jr. They are all lazy, condescending and make everything difficult. They’ve lied in so many situations and they NEVER answer the phone, just super shady people. We have had so many issues with staff, the unit we lived in and the overall building. Security is nonexistent even though they claim they have patrol. Someone broke into my husband’s car, people trash and break into the mailboxes, steel packages and any shoes left outside the door even for just a few hours. The elevator is ALWAYS broken and or covered in dog pee. Key fobs and garage gate always has some issue. Overall, terrible management. You should be able to have good communication with the staff and feel like home but that is not the case at Meridian Place Apartments.

Very disappointed. Amenities such as pool/spa are closed for almost my whole lease. Key fobs/garage gate fob always broken. Elevators break every week. Leasing office never answers our phone calls and are not open the advertised times. Tried to raise rent on us behind our back. Pushed lease term back a month and gave us no warning at all leaving us to have to stay in hotels while waiting.

My Catalytic converter got stolen off my car that was parked in the garage. They have done nothing to improve security and my parking neighbor's car got stolen. They "have security" aka 2 cameras. Don't rent here if you value your safety.Jordan, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear your car was vandalized during your stay at our community. We assure you we work diligently to keep our community safe and take the utmost precautions in an attempt to prevent crime from happening at our community. Lived here so far for a month. The amenities and the building is beautiful. Prices are good for what they are but good luck catching the leasing office open. I understand we are coming out of a pandemic but when gyms have moved everything …We appreciate you for taking the time to post a review regarding your experience at Meridian Place Apartments, and would love the opportunity to improve.
