Went there for breakfast, seen alot customers upset with orders, sitting area closed due to highly populated homeless in the area. Its so bad security helps with orders and touch food when they shouldn't due to not cleaning hand or wearing gloves.. Then recieved my food burnt even waiting 12 mins for. This place will stay open due to value never service

Really unsafe drive through, lots of people knocking on windows to ask for food or money. They were looking thru our windows and pretty aggressive. Next door, the ambulance and police were quickly dealing with something at the gas station. Food was okay... Employees were friendly. I've never felt unsafe in a drive through before though.

There is always homeless people all around this location so keep your windows rolled up. The staff has limited patience which I technically don't blame them because nobody asks to work in a drug infested area with the homeless bothering everyone. 3 stars for the fact that my food is always hot. Customer service could be better.

I believe only drive up at night is open. Be cautious its not in the best area. There are usually lots of addicts around that area. If you drive over you should be fine, but I wouldn't advise walking from nearby hotels at night.
Maybe because they are always very busy attending customers in the store.

That location is the worst one. I'm a big fan of McDonald's but that one has issues. Also a lot of undesirables are in that area so safety is an issue It may not be safe to keep the drive through open late. Sorry l don't have a better answer. I have had problems there so l go to Norwood

I agree I personally don't know why McDonald's even keeps the location open. I mean it can't make that much money, I know I avoid the place like the plague.
I don't know why that happened but if i was her I'd call McDonald's headquarters and explain what happened
Salads w/o crispy chicken, coffee, fries, and any burger w/o the bun or mac sauce.
I genuinely believe a majority of the time a lot of this McDonald's employees do not speak or understand English. Then the few they do have that are bilingual are very rude. I to have experienced multiple people in the window, wrong order and no one there to solve the issue. McDonald's seem to have lost their grip on customer service.
They are a busy store and if you let it ring that long you have more patience than me. The location does suck but the manager was good last time I was there corrected my price issue right away
