One thing that I notice EACH AND EVERY TIME WE ATTEND THIS MC DONALDS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PICKUP WINDOW? THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!! NINE PEOPLE AT THE WINDOW..WHILE EVERYONE IS LOOKING AT EACH OTHER AND PLAYING AROUND, SECURITY, SUCK

I genuinely believe a majority of the time a lot of this McDonald's employees do not speak or understand English. Then the few they do have that are bilingual are very rude. I to have experienced multiple people in the window, wrong order and no one there to solve the issue. McDonald's seem to have lost their grip on customer service.

I just go the inside.. because of that some of them don't speak English. Good
