Was kind of dirty, and the girl at the counter screwed up my order. I asked for a plain double stack, and a plain spicy chicken. and there was Mayo and ketchup on both of my sandwiches

It's a Wendy's. They are all perfectly fine. This one was clean and the people working there was nice. I give it 5 stars because anything less makes no sense. What am I gonna do, give em 4? It's Wendy's. It is fine.
