Any package that goes through here is consistent problems. I do not understand why companies are still using them. Their driver lie amd say unable to deliver person not available even though the person was home all day and waiting outside most of the day waiting for an important package. This location is giving FEDEX and bad name but yet they are still in business

This place is an absolute black hole for packages. Multiple packages dating back before Covid, lost or delayed for over a week in this facility. Horrible management on the part of whomever is running this place. Currently waiting on yet another delayed package, sitting in the distribution center for the past 3 days.

My friend had a package stuck here for over a month and we figured it was an irregular occurance but now I have a package that's been delayed here two weeks. Whats most frustrating is the many, false updated delivery dates that come and go. I live 10 minutes away and needed this last week!
