You save time driving to the store, finding the item yourself, and paying, rather then calling to check ahead. I’ve been hunting down a particular item that this store, at the time, only had 2 of. I called the store, and after 12 minutes of trying to get a hold of somebody, (this was a Tuesday morning, not a weekend afternoon) it was said that the item was in a certain isle (info that I already knew from the website) and that if I wanted it I had to come down to the store. No. Duh. I had told the team member that I’m coming from far (28 miles away) just for this item, and that if she could put it on hold for me. She gave me a quick NO. Baffled, I wanted to make sure what I just heard was true, so I asked for clarification: “so there’s no one in the store that could walk to the isle, physically check/bring the item to guest services, so that I could come and purchase the item?”. The answer was no. The item I’m talking about is just a clear glass bottle that you can find in the kitchen section, but the employees are incapable, apparently, of any extra work to place a simple item on hold for a paying customer. One star, massive disappointment.

In light of prior assessments, I've had both good and bad experiences at this Target. To be honest, the only reason I'm giving COVID-19 5 stars is because they've improved so much from the start of the event. This location has consistently provided me with excellent customer service over the past two years, and I'm pleased to say that I've never had a problem with any of the employees. Over the past few years, this has become my go-to Target, and I've grown to love the employees at Covid. Thank you - I've seen a noticeable difference in the quality of my work.

This is an average Target. I enjoyed the dedicated Disney section with a video screen for kids but it was very messy; unlike the Revere Target with a similar setup. I did appreciate that every check out register was manned so there wasn’t long lines. If they could stock and cleanup the shelves/aisles this would be a decent Target.

Worst Target ever!!! Shelves are bare. No bags for the fruits and vegetables. No spices! Not even basic ones like cinnamon. The worst! Only one checker open. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one!! If I could give no stars I would!!
