The front desk guys were super helpful and super friendly. The hotel is renovated and the lobby area but I'm not sure about the rooms we could hear the people above us in room 303 walking back and forth. not sure why someone would do that for over an hour lol The beds definitely need to be replaced The bathroom is super small and we didn't have any soap. that was really odd when I saw the housekeeper the next morning. they do have bars of soap so not sure why we didn't have soap in our room I do not recommend going swimming haha. the pool was not ready for the season Even though we visited mid-June

Positive: It was in a good location. Negative: The pool was closed due to the lack of someone to open it. The elevators were not working for a while. The bed was soft and for someone with a need for soft it was just right. Me, not so much.

I will say Romalda was great. He was very personable and went above and beyond to help. I spoke with other guest in the smoking area and everyone agreed that he was pleasant and very helpful.

Positive: Front desk staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Negative: There is no complimentary coffee or tea in the morning. I paid over $9 for 1 coffee and 1 tea - both mediums. I really thought that was excessive and I have personally never been to a hotel that didn't have complimentary coffee.
