I was desperate for a Covid 19 test kit and my girlfriend had tested positive using a kit that was given to her by the school! On Monday I shopped around looking for test kits for nearly 4 hours and everyone was sold out! My girlfriend contacted this store and said they are great people and they will help me! She called and the kits were back ordered but expected in today! They called back saying that they would be in on Tuesday and they would call when they arrived! As soon as they called I was there and didn’t even care what the cost was at that point but I needed these kits! I was charged $85.00 for two kits! The kits sold for around $18.00! Why the price gouging? What happened to the “family oriented business” that you are known for? I am furious about this and will think twice about returning!
