If I could give 0 stars I would! I think the drivers are lazy and no one at corporate cares about what’s going on..I get packages delivered to my home by UPS frequently all of a sudden this week they could not find my house and sent a package back to the sender. Then the next day delivered a package to my front door and I was home when I got the message that said “package delivered “ but I still don’t t have my package.. Called customer service and now I have to do the leg work for them to investigate where my package was delivered to. Zia the customer service manager at corporate is programmed to say nothing but “I apologize we value our customers” at least 30x during a call. I was suppose to receive a call back, I’m still waiting….. in the meantime I had to file a claim with the sender and of course reorder my items and with my luck a couple things I ordered is not in stock! DO BETTER UPS!!!!!

Horrendous! the drivers are reckless drivers all over Hunterdon County NJ and there's no number to call and speak with a human being!!

BASE cost Should be same , except UPS store may try to upsell unneeded services , thus costing more.
They can't hold the package in the center but you can upgrade to UPS my choice and schedule delivery time or even direct the delivery personnel for delivery instructions
Check the UPS website or call customer service. These are really not questions to ask here.
The hours of customer service counter are 11am-6pm they close for two hours and reopen from 8pm-9pm but you must have a same day will call or a hold for will call request.
