The new employee whom I met upstairs on the clearance floor had a beautiful spirit, she laughed, gave me an open opinion on the shoes I was looking for that, I ended up buying Two Pair. This is my favorite location to shop at.

Last week I went in and was looking at some shoes. This lady that worked in there looked at me and cut her eyes but spoke to the white people who enter the store. I shouldn’t have purchased any shoes out of there! I going to return them to another location. All people should be treated and greeted. Black, white, yellow…..

Poor selection. Done one men's dress shoe i liked. Size 8, 8.5 and 11.5. that was it. First time disappointed. Another patron agreed. Not sure I works go back. Went to look for athletic shoes and just found fashion athletic not real work out shoes. If i was a women, many more choices. Understandable but didn't work for me.

This is a 2 story building, yet Dsw only has 2 isles of men's shoes, (very limited selection). They do however have 4-5 isles of women's purses and the remainder of the store is dedicated specificly to women's shoe, boots, et cetera.
