I have never spent so much money on an apartment that was a nightmare to live in. The parking garage flooded twice on top of all the break-ins. The police and fire department are here semi-regularly to serve arrest warrants and to put out random fires set in the garage. The elevators are out of order constantly for weeks at a time. Some building entrance RFID scanners go offline randomly for days at a time. Other residents tear down signs and decor around the building, improperly dispose of their trash, and put on nightly free concerts in common areas until well past 2 AM. This brand new building is already in a poor state because of the residents treating this place like trash - one time someone kicked the elevator button so hard with their shoe it went out of order for a week. Randos hang out in the lobby all the time and ask you to scan them into the elevator! Multiple times I have had to evacuate from my apartment in the middle of the night because someone set the fire alarm off in the "club" area because they were throwing a huge party with a smoke/fog machine. I have found a homeless person asleep in the stairwells 3 times. The "management" demanded entry into my apartment twice with little to no notice at all to take pictures inside my apartment. This was not a luxurious experience at all, it was torture. You are better off burning your $4000+ than living here. Living here cost me my health (mental and physical). Avoid at all costs. Oh and they also demanded me to review a lease renewal and sign it within 3 hrs on a weekday evening or risk losing a renewal deal. What. A. Joke. Do they even want people living here? Sure seems like they don't. So why give them your hard earned money? Don't.

I've been trying to get these people to fix my hot water, but the management here does not seem to care one way or the other. The maintenance people insist on blaming me for the problem. Supposedly, they fixed a part on the boiler, but the hot water runs lukewarm and then cold again. The guy didn't know what the the word lukewarm even means. Well, here's Webster's"1 : moderately warm : tepid a lukewarm bath lukewarm coffee. 2 : lacking conviction : half-hearted gave them only lukewarm support a lukewarm review lukewarm applause. That about sums it up as far as the ability of these people to solve problems. Avoid renting here.

I’ve had my car broke into twice here in 8 months. When I talked to the management of the building they could care less. They literally told me it’s not their problem. Look at the sidewalk in front of the building, you will see broken glass for two blocks. Nice apartments and location is great, but the car break in situation is rough.

I recommend living here in this apartment. The place is great specially if you have pets and kids. The amenities are great and very accessible everywhere. I would like to shout out Mr. Emelito Baysa, he is a great man and maintenance, very friendly, approachable and he is very good and consistent in doing his job. One time when our sink is broken and needed to be changed, all of the maintenance team went and checked our sink but he is the only one who can be able to fix it and all of his co-leagues just watch him do the job. He is also a master in fixing whatever is your problem at home.
