The Palm Event Center was a wonderful venue to have our dream wedding! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but the staff there is so great - I especially enjoyed working with Virginia and Nicole. They were both so prompt with responses to e-mails and extremely organized. It helped with planning so much! Not to mention, Virginia was my day of coordinator and she did a phenomenal job! I could not say enough great things about them. A few reasons why I took off one star: 1. We were informed very last minute that the arbor was bare. Even though it is in our contract that they can make structural changes for safety (which is the reason we were told, due to the weight of the vines), it was still a disappointment and I had to go way over my floral budget to spruce up the arbor last minute. I was curious as to why they could not trim the greenery down vs. remove it all. 2. We were charged an extra $500 for inflation in our final invoice without notice. Overall, we had a really great time during our wedding. The food was incredible and we appreciated Virginia and Nicole's communication, thoroughness, attention to detail and Virginia's organization in making sure everything went smoothly on the day of!

Palm Event Center was everything we dreamed of for our wedding. The venue was beautiful inside and outside, especially the estate room. The food and drinks were delicious and well displayed. Genevieve was our coordinator and she was very organized and kept us on our feet through the whole process. Our whole experience from booking the venue to the day of had been wonderful. The whole team at Palm was very professional and thoughtful. We especially loved the champagne and charcuterie board for our bridal suite on the day. Thank you very much to everyone at Palm for making our day special!

I am so glad I chose Palm Event Center as my venue for my wedding! When speaking to their preferred vendors, I often hear them say "Palm Event Center always has their stuff together" and after having my event there, I definitely can see that they have their stuff together. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I loved the fact that they had a day-of wedding coordinator included in their package that was super helpful in preparing for our special day! On the day of, as hectic as weddings are, the staff and wedding coordinator were all on point in keeping me and the bridal party on schedule & taken care of. I always appreciated the staff for always answering my emails in a timely manner and they never seemed to be too bothered by my many emails and questions. Also, the ambiance of the venue was beautiful & my guests complimented how beautiful the place was. Their food is also super good!
