I don't think I've seen food be made quickAtwell. Store was clean and they had good service aswell. I will say the red beans and rice could definitely use a bit of seasoning it wasn't very flavorful, the chicken and biscuits 😋

Chicken tasted great but the customer service lacked warmth. No eye contact, thank you, or smiles from persons taking or handing me my order. Workers spoke to each other in Spanish in tones of displeasure about customers who requested anything. I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. There were food containers on the ground immediately outside of the door and trash.

The one star I gave is not for the quality of their food. It’s because the location at 13808 E 14th st. In San Leandro can’t seem to get orders correct. Make sure you check your bag for everything before you leave. They have a bunch of young kids working there who evidently can’t tell the difference between fish and chicken. Nor can they read orders. I had even order through their app and my husband picked them up. Yes he assumed the order would be correct and didn’t check it because he hasn’t had the past experience with them like I have. Anyway folks check what they gave you before leaving the restaurant.

I'm really upset about my last experience here. I bit into my hot apple pie and started chewing, it was good. Took another bite and was unable to disconnect the piece from the base piece.😫 I realized I had bitten into paper of some sort. My dad bought the food and was not able to take the pie back to show the manager. I didn't need to pie anyway because I went hiking that day and the pie offset my workout. 🙄 The best part was the piping hot fresh chicken...yum. I wish this never happened but someone didn't take their job serious that day.
