I stopped by the Applebee's in Sugar Hill on my way home today to get a to go dinner. I could gone anywhere but wanted a good cooked meal. I ordered the boubon steak, 8 oz. I know it's not the best cut of meat but Lord have mercy! This meat is so grainy and tough, it's not chewable. I literally had to spit the grainy tendon out. The picture is only a portion of what I couldn't chew. When you're hungry and tired, it a big let down. I'm too tired to down all the way. I just won't be returning. FOLLOW UP. - Brian, the manager on duty called me back, apologized and will comp me a meal on tomorrow. I appreciate him following up with me.

Beautifully Made

I wasn't expecting the excellent service I got here. From the greeter to our waitress. Made my family feel welcome. The food was delicious and fresh. I was actually impressed by the service here honestly. This was my 1st time visiting. I plan on visiting soon again hope the service is still top tier.

If I had to summarize without writing an essay- food quality is poor, drinks were decent, service was some of the laziest and ridiculous we have ever seen. Took us forever to even get silverware. So many other problems. There seemed to plenty of different staff there but most of the time they hid in the back. They clearly don’t care to work there and the customers end up suffering. Just save yourself time and do not dine here until they address their staff and likely replace management. Every time we dine here it’s awful. Last night was way too much and we won’t be back.
