My initial review was a 1 star. However, after escalating the issue to a supervisor it seems that a decision and corrective action was taken. Time will tell so for now I'm up to 3 stars. I've had a Callan deadbolt to break internally in mid-December 2021 and an interior lever-type handle malfunction so that it cannot be locked without holding the handle in position (because it won't stay there) while turning the button. Multiple communications with the company (chat, emails, phone calls since mid-December) BUT no answers or resolution to date. Only apologetic excuses. Guess I am just frustrated and very disappointed!

We bought our home about 9 months ago and recently the Delaney deadbolt on our back door wore out. We didn't want to have a new lock keyed differently than all the other doors, so I reached out to Delaney about repair parts. I of course expected to pay for them, but was pleasantly surprised when the parts were shipped to me free of charge. I even offered to pay, and it was declined. I was and am very impressed with Delaney Hardware's level of customer service.

We replaced all our door handles with Delaney lever handles. They didn't even last a year and keep breaking off in peoples hands. A very poorly made product.

Two words: Customer service! I havent been in person. But I called the 1800 # with a warranty issue. Someone answered without going through miles of automated support, so thats a big win. In addition the person that answered was able to take care of my problem without transferring me. Another big win. And finally - a warranty part was shipped out with no hassle. Wins all the way through.
