2 weeks post move-in as tenants with RPM executives. As a first time renter, you can imagine I had many questions and concerns. Our Leasing process has many factors which include time of year it is, local inventory, condition and Rental price. When the home has appeal & is move in ready, it will make a great first impression and generate renters. In most cases, we can find a qualified applicant and fill vacancies within 2 weeks - 30 days, if that long. When we get feedback from potential renters when showing a home, Real Property Management will bring this to your attention. Each home is different some homes allow pets and some do not.
Rental payments can be made through your Owner Portal or we can mail you a paper check.
We always reach out to you the Owner to keep you informed of any maintenance or repairs. We will discuss with you for your approval.
We typically find qualified tenants for your rental property in three weeks.
