In comparison to the Walgreens. I get my prescriptions in a timely manner. Service is good.
Critical Care
I was calling in a prescription, after I was transferred several times over the course of 20-30 min whomsoever the pharmacist was just hang up, adding i will just have leave it on the message. I would NOT use this pharmacy for my patients , definitely suggest other places. Very poor ethical , very poor education, should be working anywhere there is no contact with human beings.

Let me tell you, the employees are RUDE and have no empathy. My doctor sent a prescription over at 8:30 am and it is 5:00pm and it is still not ready. I called at 12pm and the girl lied saying that my doctor had only sent the prescription at the moment I called. Then, I called at 5:00pm and the rude male says it is still not ready. I stopped going to Walgreens because of the long lines, but the attendants were NICE. Now, I go to Publix to be disrespected. All for a simple allergy prescription. Last time I use their services.

Rudest employees, both over the phone and in person. At least Britney is nice and knowledgeable. Definitely doesn't live up to Publix reputation. New management is badly needed because it's been like this a long time.
