Customer service does not exist here; the staff is completely incompetent. Multiple times i have been left without notification about extremely important medications and yet, this pharmacy had their assistant manager call to tell me that because they have made so many errors they will not be able to fill my prescriptions any longer. Do not play with your life or your health, get your meds elsewhere and avoid the total idiocy and lack of regard for patrons and their ability to receive life-altering medications. They are unequipped mentally to do their jobs.

The five stars is for the Pharmacy. They always have my meds and contact me if there is any issue. The Pharmacists are great. They strive to know you by name and greet you with a smile, just like old time pharmacists. They even remind me about vaccines needed. The grocery section is good, clean and the people are friendly. My only issue is that products that I purchase for years suddenly disappear and never come back. I then have to go to another nearby Publix to get those.
