Today I had a very bad experience and I stole lorazepam from controlled medicines, a medicine that I only buy once a month and I can't buy it again until next month on the same date and it has been happening to me for three months, I took the medicine back and I missed it for two days and I replaced with another similar medicine that I brought from Argentina and I let it go and last month it only lasted for 18 days and I am missing the rest of the bone they gave me 36 pills of 60 and I called my doctor and I explained what happened and I couldn't get the medicine again and the doctor told me that when I received the medicine at the Publix pharmacy I should tell it in front of the pharmacist and I did so today I explained to the young man what happened and he told me that it couldn't be that it was impossible and he I said ok I'm going to count them and they only had 36 pills again and the bottle said 60 I told him and now what happened so much missing quantity that's not a mistake it's a robbery and you're playing with my mom's health. To which she replied, excuse me, ma'am, I prepared it and the truth was it was a mistake, but this happened today, not the previous times, and I told her if I'm going without telling her that I would have given it to my mother, you don't realize that she is a person with dementia. and aggressive and if I don't give him, I put his health at risk and I give him this medicine every day and he just told me I'm going to add what's missing and to all this the manager or pharmacist listening and looking at everything and never came to tell me anything or Excuse me or nothing, that seems very bad to me, she is in charge and they talked to each other and she gave him the white bottle to refill the medicine and he handed it to me, he said excuse me and bye. It gave me a lot of mistrust and I have presented my complaint and I recommend that if you pick up any controlled medicine at this branch or not count it and check if it is what you ordered because this medicine had to be counted by the technician and by the pharmacist because they are controlled yes one the other was wrong, he was able to correct me because I feel suspicious of all the staff I felt an atmosphere of complicity because if they took 24 lorazepam from me, how much? and so many will be harmed and will be in my same situation, denounce so that these people do not continue doing it and they are removed. Blessings

I would like to warn everyone that this pharmacy does NOT follow the regulations of the DEA or FDA for accuracy of controlled medication CII - CIV drugs. I have had this pharmacy inaccurately dispense my controlled medication and today was the last straw. I was required to have a 60 count of a controlled substance drug and when I got home I had 36 which was a huge discrepancy. Where is the checks and balance system? How does publix ensure the accuracy of medication that are so delicate and can actually harm someone if dispensed inaccurately? BEWARE OF THIS PHARMACY and stay safe. Look at drugs.com or daily es to make sure you have the correct drug medication prior to receiving anything from this pharmacy or any pharmacy.
