I used to love this pharmacy. Lately not so much. They misinformed me on the price of the medication prescribed and when they would have it. They callously told me to wait 5 days for it and then failed to communicate with me that they could not get it. I ended up having to call my doctor’s office and asking them to prescribe something else and then having the script sent elsewhere.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
