We ordered ahead and was given a pick up time. When we got there, we still had to wait like 15 minutes for our food. 3 people ordered. 3 burgers, fries and drinks. All other orders were placed in larger brown bags with handles. Ours was packed into a smaller bag. Everything was squished and cold by the time we got back to eat. And we were only about a mile away.. I will give them some credit.. the line that formed went out the door. They got hit HARD and didnt seem like they were prepared for it.

I work at a nearby hospital and often on weekend evenings anytime after 8:30 I can't rely on them being open. It's like they close the dining area whenever they want. I come with multiple orders from coworkers and often have to go elsewhere because the dining area is closed and we only get x amount of time for lunch. This happened the last three times I showed each time I've come earlier hoping that they're open and to my surprise it's closed. I guess I got to start calling to ask.

Better than other locations I've been to. The cheeseburger was hot, fresh, and well made. The fries were crispy and hot (unlike past visits to other locations), and the Caesar salad was fresh. All in all, this was probably the best of 5-6 visits to this chain in the past few months.

They are polite but the food is bad. They forgot to add the croutons to my salad, they didn’t give utensils.
