Never had an issue with these people until they sold me a 22" that looks like an 18". They remove bundles out the pack and sell them as an individual, so who to say what type of hair or inch their replacing the bundle with. Fraudulent!

bad phone service Edit: review updated from 3 to 4 stars because the business responded genuinely. To answer their question: when answering your phone, please state say something like " hi this la girl beauty supply, how may I help you?" rather than just saying a rude quick "hello?"
