I will give you my honest opinion. This complex is ghetto with loud music playing in the parking lot, mechanic work in the parking lot on weekends, Robbery happened in the parking lot too. Neighbors smoke even tho it’s a smoke free community. The reason the complex hasn’t fallen apart is because of the great manager and maintenance crew cleaning up after dirty residents. They sure work hard to make the place better. You will need exterminator service every week or the roaches will come out. They raise your rent for $200 more which in a way I wish the apartment would be pricey so they can get these bad residents out. The entire complex has potential if they got rid of the ghetto, added a real security staff to patrol. If you are a decent person that likes quiet nice place with considerate clean people look for something else or use this as a short term option. The neighborhood is boring unsafe and far out west full of chain restaurants and problems.
