If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived at this property going on four years. Before the new manager everything was great but now living here has become a nightmare. Monica the apartment manager is rude, lacks customer service skills and does not live up to what she says. Make sure you have anything she says in writing or else your doomed. She promised me a price on my rent and swore up and down she did not agree to it. Luckily I had an email saved and sent it to her and she then changed her whole story blamed that quote on someone else never apologized but gave me attitude because she had to honor the updated lease renewal price. I’m addition, the trash service is horrible. They some days pick up trash and some days don’t depending on who is picking up the trash. When you first come into the complex there are days where there is trash piled up into the road for days at a time. Maintenance request take forever and sometimes never are done properly just a quick fix and then back to the problem again. This place has definitely gone down hill over the years and I definitely will be considering relocating in the future.
