Sushi Ichiban has great tasting sushi, fresh, no smell, I started with miso soup, and had, 6 piece sashimi that had Muguro, Hamachi, and Sake salmon. Michelle roll is soo gooood! And Sake Hama which is salmon collar that is super umami. I wanted Kiran Ichiban beer but they have been out of that for months now which is too bad they don't have thier name sake Ichiban. So I had a Sapporo instead. Cons: They are on the pricy side, and they close early at 7:45 pm Pros: great fresh fish, friendly service

BOMB. Ray makes the best rolls. Fast service and friendly. Went 3 times last week. Just went last week again and Ray hooked up a awesome poke. Ray's the best sushi maker in Morgan Hill!
