my husband and I just moved in and we absolutely love it so far! so quiet, mountains are beautiful, no garbage on the ground. The home owners really take pride in where they live and so do we! There are so many activities to do! The people are lovely!

I am 67 years old and I have an 18-year-old daughter. Would she be allowed to live with me?

I lived there with my parents when I was 18 in 1988, I had to be enrolled in junior college full time in order to live there... I attended junior college for about one year and decided not to enroll in the upcoming quarter... It took them about one week to find out I was not enrolled in school and they evicted me from the park. I received the eviction notice on my birthday!!! I believe you have to be older than 55 years old to live there... I was not a caretaker for either of my parents. It was a horrible place to live for a young person. When I would visit my parents after I moved out I would bring my dog and homeow told me I could not walk my dog on the park property because I did not live there I had to carry her... And that was from the visitor's parking spot to My Parent's house... She was an 80 pound Labrador completely ridiculous!!! There were people that lived on their street and they would actually come out of their house and yell at me for bringing my dog on the property
