This is one of the most dreadful companies I’ve ever had to do business with…they simply just don’t show up sometimes, zero explanation You file a ticket, and wait and wait and nothing happens. Call the office again and you’re told they “should be coming today” still nothing. Dreadful

Go elsewhere for garbage pickup. We have been clients of Roy’s Recycling for 15 years. EL Harvey aquired and since then the service is horrible. We are cancelling. Beyond Rude customer service. Run for the hills!

Seems to enjoy leaving empty trash cans that don't belong to me in front of my driveway because they can't take the time to return to it's owner ACROSS THE STREET.

Hi Glenn - That depends on what town you are in. I would reccommend calling into customer service and providing your address. This way they'll be able to look up the specifics. Or if your collection is through a town contract you should be able to find the information on your towns website.

Stop at the office on the way in and they will direct you its a busy place so take it slow in there

You will need to set-up an account with your account number as well as an invoice number, then you'll be all set! On average, we recover 80-90% of all plastic that is baled and then shipped to processing mills. Good Morning Cathy, Hopkinton Residents may bring their overflow recycling to the Hopkinton Recycle center located at 394 Wood St (8AM-3PM). If you have extra trash, you may purchase overflow bags from Price Chopper and Hopkinton Lumber and those will be collected on your regular trash day. Hi Kenneth - Typically its treated as trash. If you produce enough of it can be handled seperately but if you just have a box here or there it would be treated as trash.
