Drive-through line is always slow, but that doesn't matter because the food is normally hot so can't fault the staff. Probably because of picky eaters with special orders, of which my kids are archetypes...

I don’t ever write reviews but I’ve had at least 5 bad experiences here. 3/5 times I’m waiting over 20 minutes and the food is cold . The other 2/5 times I’m waiting over twenty minutes still. Today they just blatantly got the order totally wrong - it was grilled chicken because I can’t eat the regular nuggets due to an allergy. I only continue to go because it’s the only one close on my drive and I love chick Fil a but will not go back .
