I rented a car here - almost 2yrs ago, and initially I'd have given the Ziggys 4-5 stars based on price. I still would - but only for decent, affordable pricing. And that is great - so long as the service of the vehicles is also decent and affordable. I had a weekly rental for about an entire summer, 8 weeks of the summer. In those 8 weeks, the car lost 3 outtve 4 wheel bearings. Seems like a lot of coincidence that they all needed replacing while I drive the car and they definitely did need replacing because the car each time broke down and wasn't operable until it was fixed. But when one is being fixed I would think the mechanic would double check the others, if not both times it happened at least the second time it happened so shortly after the first time. When the third one went it happened while I was driving and the wheel actually came off the car! I found that to be unbelievably dangerous that it was so bad the wheel came off but I had only started to have difficulty with the car that day. In the eight weeks that this car was rented to me 7-10 of those days it was in the shop being repaired, but not driven. In one of the days it was in the shower my boyfriend lost an important job because we couldn't get him there. Which is not their responsibility necessarily - except the shop had already been ' working" on the car allegedly for a week. They put ALL other ' paying customers" in line ahead of me, based on as much as what they told me. I don't understand how I wasn't considered the same thing! It was because they knew that we had no other options and couldn't really take our business elsewhere. Because as somebody without credit or enough money to rent a car somewhere else, the working class man has to get bottom feeding offers. Very, very bad business in my opinion and me experience

Got pulled over last week and had to get a tow. One of the drivers completely ransacked my car, stole all my money and valuables, not the first time, happened to a buddy of mine too. Same guy with no teeth picked up the car and robbed us blind SMH…please if you use this company or have to be towed KEEP YOUR VALUABLES ON YOU!

Worst towing company in the world to keep someone else’s property even if it’s not you vehicle that was towed and wants you to pay the other persons bills to get your motorcycle keys back what a joke unprofessional and are complete asswhole owner wasn’t even nice. I did speak to you guys back in January and you refused to give me my motorcycle keys for my 10k dollar bike and you told the cops to make a deal with you I’m not paying a bill for a vehicle that’s not mine all I wanted was both my motorcycle keys that I can’t replace because I can’t afford to tow my bike all the way to seekonk to even get a new one I’m lucky my boss won’t tow my bike.

Unfortunately, we only offer NH Oil Undercoating rust proofing or standard undercoating. Most of the customers we have are satisfied with this type of resolution and this is very effective in stopping the rust. I would be happy to reach out to some of my venders to see if someone would offer sandblasting for you. Please let me know if either one of these options you would like me to handle for you.
We do this type of work but usually like to see the vehicle first so we can get a better idea of what we are looking at. Then we will put a plan together.
I believe for it to be considered a warranty procedure, it needs to be performed by a certified Ford dealer
