Had to visit Cape Cod Audi twice in a two week period for two Audis. The guy at the service desk was great. He listened to what I had to say. He said it would take about an hour to tell exactly was was wrong. Which was correct. The work was done. He explained clearly to me what transpired. I sat behind him for quite a while in the waiting area and was able to hear him interact with people on the phone and in person. He handles people very well. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Convertible top repair good . Was told that any excess oil from filter change was cleaned. Got home and had 2 spots the size of a dime . At 75 years old had to get on floor with a towel to clean cover. Mechanic has to be careful in removing filter and clean any spills on the cover. Oil filter is in a tough spot. Service people are always pleasant and accommodating.

When I dropped off my Audi for its 10,000 mile service I was told it would be ready in 90 minutes. So I waited in their lounge. It was ready in 75! Without question the best service experience I have ever had.
