Sometimes the people can be very nice and very helpful. At other times the rudeness and lack of consideration can leave you speechless. I'd truly be on the street if I treated clients like that at my place of employment.

I received my mail today and there was suppose to be an Amazon package,we have a new mailperson and they didnt even attempt to get the package out the truck,but put in the computer Failed Delivery. Is thete anything i can do??
