I never get the paperwork they mail and my method of contract is my cell number yet whenever there is an issue they "send out a letter" that I never receive. My benefits have been off for a month because my social worker refuses to call or return calls. I literally have to call the office every other day

Very rude and disrespectful. I am forced to call Richmond about JCC Social Service for not doing their job. They want a paper I already gave them. How many times do I have to submit a paper before they realize I already gave it to them. They are the worst to deal with and the lady I talked with needs to learn how to talk to people.

Had my review removed aparently!! Yeah NOT SKETCH AT ALL!! Why are you turning away homeless people from the clinic when we even have a pay voucher from st bedes?!! St bedes staff even told me they turn away homeless individuals sent there by st bedes WITH A PAY VOUCHER for Healthcare REGULARLY!!! AND THIS WAS PRE COVID!!!
