I haven't been to an Applebee's in probably 10 years so I wasn't really expecting much. Our waitress was so kind and we had a really nice meal. If we're out shopping this way, I'd definitely return.

Bad experience, took them long time to serve us the food, while the restaurant was not full at all. Manager was not helpful at all, busy talking to server . Need more trainings for all . Cook , to be more faster . Server , to be aware and check on customers and to have strong memory . Manager , to be there when customers need her and not to send the server when we raise our hand asking for help. We drove 40 minutes to dine abd waited for our food about 40 minutes and another 15 min2 to get desert . Really bad experience .
