Bay State in Franklin has been absolutely fantastic both times I’ve needed PT. Eric M. was a lifesaver when I needed vestibular therapy. Despite being completely booked up for a month, he managed to fit me in and resolved my issue symptoms in about 10 mins. I. Any recommend him enough!!!

I have been to this location many times. I had a good experience when I went there back in 2019 but I consulted therapist in 2022 for a different problem with my leg and he ruined my back completely. I had no issue with my back but he miss diagnosed and injured my back. I can’t bend forward properly afterwards. I won’t go to this location again.

I honestly couldn't recommend Bay State Physical Therapy more if I tried. This summer I suffered a horrible ankle sprain and someone at the YMCA recommended Bay State. I didn't expect such a speedy or complete recovery, but they made it happen. Every question I had was easily answered, the anatomical nature of my injury was thoroughly explained, and it was clear that every exercise or therapy was chosen to not only treat my injury but prevent reinjury. After my ankle was healed I returned to Bay State to treat pain resulting from a ten year old back injury, an injury that previous physical therapy failed to remedy. After 2 months I can honestly say I haven't had less pain since I first got hurt. Their combination of rigorous but focused exercises, drive to hold me accountable for the progression of my recovery, and (weird as it may seem) fun and lighthearted atmosphere truly made all the difference. On top of that, they worked diligently with both my insurance and prescribing doctor to make sure there were no hiccups with my treatment. I give them credit for leading my recovery and helping me be pain free for the first time in a decade!
