cj is awesome. Hes a great worker and his intelligence is beautiful. He works well when under pressure and dish washes like no one else. He has a great personality and has glasses now.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Magnolia Heights. Carolyn, Lew, Verna, Maureen, the housekeepers, dining staff, shuttle driver, and maintenance workers have truly been a blessing from above. They are all ABSOLUTELY amazing. We were at a difficult point in our Mum/Grandmother's life where she could no longer drive and really should not be living alone as she was just spending so much time being sedentary, watching television, not interacting with others socially, and not eating healthy or on a regular basis. Covid really took her fire and zest for life away from her. A family member suggested we check out a place in Franklin. We were all curious yet apprehensive to check it out. Carolyn met with us and gave us a wonderful and genuine tour. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and friendly yet did not try to "sell us" on the facility. She didn't need to. Magnolia Heights speaks for itself! Our Mum/Grandmother has lived at Magnolia Heights now for almost 2 weeks and her zest and fire for life Is BACK!! She introduces us to new friends and shares about her involvement with activities such as chorus and exercise classes. THE FACILITY IS GORGEOUS but the feeling you get when you are there is more than just aesthetic; its unexplainable. (and I am not just referring to the 24 hour soft serve ice cream machine and movie theater!) 😉 She is getting involved in activities that she never would have before, meeting new friends almost by the hour, talking about going on field trips, and has an extra little spring in her step. The residents have welcomed her with kind and welcoming arms yet not too intrusively. The transition to leave a home you have spent half your life in can be stressful and emotional. Our family is very close and we spent as much time with her as possible but always felt bad when we had to hustle back to work or to handle things at our own homes, etc. When we visit now, we no longer feel bad or guilty because she is HAPPY! We are excited for her and thrilled to hear about her latest adventure or story from (as I lovingly refer to it, "The Plaza" or " The Taj") because Magnolia Heights is so magnificent! I thought for sure I was going to cry as I left her there alone the first night (as I did when I left my kids at preschool and then college for the first time) but she was smiling and eagerly walking back to her room to finish decorating and both of our hearts were full. Thank you Carolyn, Lew, Merna, Maureen, and the staff members at Magnolia Heights. Cheri Sullivan and Family

My mother has been at Magnolia Heights in Franklin, MA for 2 months and she is very happy there. She has her independence to live on her own with the added amenities that she needs. Three meals a day, house cleaning, activities, etc. Magnolia is clean and the grounds are well taken care of. The food is great and all the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful with whatever she needs. Carolyn is awesome and always keeps in touch with our family with how Mom is doing. Overall, I can't express how happy our family is that Mom is at Magnolia Heights. I would highly recommend it to all.

My mom has been living at Magnolia for the past three months. It is incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff have been wonderful, especially Carolyn. Her tours are informative and she has a wealth of knowledge about the facility. She knows every resident by name and makes sure to add personal touches to each resident's experience. Carolyn personally delivered 3 new puzzles on my mom's first day because she knew how much my mom loves puzzles. She made every attempt to make my mom's transition as smooth as possible. She is a true gem.
