Only had an appointment once to see if I liked the therapist so they offered me a memebership. Had one appointment with the counselor and she called me the next week to tell me she’s leaving and that next month they took out $40. I called and cancelled and asked for my money back as I don’t even have a counselor there. They told me no and when I was talking to the woman on the phone she was so rude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain.they seem to not understand that they are supposed to provide help for mentally ill people not steal their money. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

It is a shame I cannot rate this any higher because the therapists and psychiatrists were great people, but the company never informed me when they were going to be charging me and up to more than a month after cancelling service, they are still charging me with fees that could've been dealt with far more in advance and at least notify me about it before telling me I have more money to owe. I wasn't told how much my deductible was until I was silently charged multiple hundred dollars in my account and had to reach two separate people to figure out how much the total owed amount was (it was steep). I cannot in good conscience recommend this to students or people with low income because everything they do will not be explained and will only confuse you if you don't confront and ask them to explain in detail the nature of such charges. Their goal may be to make people's lives better and more comfortable but unfortunately I couldn't stick around longer to see any results because of these complications.
