Matt the general branch manager made myself and my fiancé feel like we new absolutely nothing. My car got totaled which means I don’t have to pay. But he has been overcharging us for close to a month. Has the Audacity to say I don’t know what I am talking about and can not refund me my money. Do not go to the Franklin Enterprise. You will have the worse experience and the worse customer service. Matt should be terminated. Also like to note he gave us a car with 5,000 miles over needing a oil change and I had to pay out of MY POCKET for the oil change. Car was dirty was given to me on empty gas. Just horrified.

I booked a rental 1 1/2 weeks and enterprise told me a day before my scheduled rental day that no cars are available for that day. And, they will not search for alternative enterprise locations for me. Shameful! Own up to your mistake and learn how to take care of your customers.
