Beware - everything is overpriced. Identical pieces can be found elsewhere for half the price. Also, don’t really understand the inflexible no-return policy for all products.. even those still in original packaging. Didn’t even try to help me after I wasted $100+ on a gift piece that was no longer needed and never opened. To make matters worse, I was sold on a $30 glycerin pipe that, get this, doesn’t even work—no airflow, probably defective. But, good thing that knowing they have a no-exceptions no-returns policy allowed me to get over it quickly. Not like they’d ever do anything to help lol. Plenty of other great smoke shops around campus that won’t gouge you for cash and help you out if they sell you a defective item. EDIT - seeing in reviews that managers offered exchanges in disputes. I was never offered one over the phone.

Absolutely love this place! The staff are always so friendly & helpful! The first time I came in here I mentioned a product they didn't carry & the next time I stopped in they had it and have carried it ever since. Great prices, great products. 100% recommend
