Don't waste your time or money! This place is beyond dirty. I understand it's an older theater but, that's no excuse for the stinky smelling carpet all through the building. You sit trying to enjoy your movie and every door is open. So you get to enjoy all the movies around you too! Bonus, we sat literally in the front row and was never.... NEVER offered anything to eat or drink!! We were told when the movie started they'd come round to get your order. Didn't happen but, everyone else had drinks and food. Horrible experience!! We will drive a little further for a cleaner theater and better service!

We held an all company meeting and lunch and team builder at this location. The owner was very hands-on, attentive, and flexible. They met all of our needs and we’re very helpful with some changes we had requested at the last minute. Very friendly staff. Food was very hot and tasted great. Best kept Secret in Hilliard for small companies looking for an alternative meeting location.

The theater is pretty old and no complaints on the sound quality or the seats/recliner. However, if I’m not wrong there was only one person who manages the ticketing/food court/operating the movie projection as well. Yes, they definitely need improvement and If they could employ some extra people to manage the operations and renovate the place this theatre would draw attention and earn positive experience for sure. I didn’t see any cleanliness issue and with so much hesitation(after reading negative reviews) I booked a movie here but I enjoyed the time.

I’m a very particular person as I enjoy service . This place has exceptional service. You really feel part of the family . Not to mention they serve you awesome food and drinks before and even during your movie . Yes beer too! Mix drinks? yep. I’ve made this place my second home for all my movie and Cinema enjoyment. Give a try you won’t be disappointed.

I usually hit up the matinee, which is $5, regular tickets might be 8-10? You order your food in the theater, like a restaurant, and they bring your check towards the end of your movie.

We ended up calling the Movie Tavern with our cell phones to get service.
If it's going to be an every seat is full in the house in that theater... that makes for a difficult time for the food staff the waiters & server, as people get agitated easy and it ruffles their feathers 90% of the chairs are still like the desk chair that you roll up to the table and they work well 10% of them don't lean back or the wheels don't work or something's wrong. they have made numerous upgrades to the theaters at the property - carpeting in the main hallway one of the theaters has the movie theater reclining chairs... 11 theaters does take a few years to totally renovate. they don't have intense hot or intense cold theaters so they've done something clearly with the heating and cooling system. It is not a 5-star movie experience no. do you pay for a five-star movie experience no. If you need that 5-star feeling and money is not an object go to a finer aesthetic theater. if you are an everyday Jane or Joe this theater is perfectly acceptable!

They haven't upgraded like they promised, when the new owners bought the place. Too bad, because we really need nice stores snd shops in that area to attract an anchor store like Trader Joe's or Fresh Thyme.
The refund needs to be issued by Fandango. Call up Fandango for that. They would eventually get the information from the theater itself

You can buy them at the door, they are not overly crowded so even popular movies usually have available seats
Currently the renovations are ongoing, expect another 12 months as they are going slow. The food is okay, but not great, they are still operating on their absolute basic menu...

If you call ahead they will reserve the handicap spots for you also, this is nice when it is busy. You dont feel like you have to go super early to make sure you get them.
