Don't ever live here. New management has completely dropped the ball. You cant get in contact with them as they never answer the phone or emails. And if you do go to the office to talk to them make sure you get written proof or have them send an email to you stating what was said or they wont honor what they said. I was told I didn't have to pay the month to month fee for the last 24 days of June I had left before moving out. I checked with management multiple times that I was good and didn't owe anything even when dropped off keys at move out I asked the person I had anything I owed and was told I was good. Over a month after move out I get an email saying I had payment due and was also being charged a $165 late fee. Never after move out did I receive a phone call email or note in the mail stating I owed anything and I had also asked if I owed anything at move out and was told NO. I even sent emails before moving out and of course like everything they never respond so all I have is what they said to me in person and of course in this modern era nobody honors their word.

Management is horrible. I moved out in April and 2 weeks before my lease was up maintenance went into my apartment WITHOUT a notice and stole almost everything that I still had inside. Food, tools, etc. It was well over $600 worth of items. I was told I would be reimbursed but here we are over 2 months later and I still have not been reimbursed. I have called over 20 times and every single time I am told I will get a call back but I never have received a call. I have also emailed them and never got a reply either. I have even went to the office and every time the manager supposedly isn’t there. So they pretty much ripped me off of $600. Also while living there you have to pay for valet trash even though they never come to get it. Pictures are attached showing everything they went through and took… all the cabinets were completely full and everything on the floor was inside of the box. One of the maintenance men even left a monster can. The lists states most of the items that were taken.

Absolutely horrible!!!!!!! Black mold issue that we have been dealing with since March and we can’t even get someone out to look at it!! And when you call to put in a complaint they just say they will send someone out. The pushed and made everyone get a $60 internet that is not even local in Ohio, that doesn’t work. Office is now closed completely for Appointment only. But when you ask to make an appointment they tell you just to come back the next day after before 1 pm. We are paying over 1100 a month and the pools are still not open and they can’t tell you when they will open them. The water in the pool looks like pond water. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You will regret it!

I don't even live here but have been trying to get in contact with SOMEONE in the office for weeks now. The previous management company was supposed to refund me the $200 administrative fee from the application when I decided to withdraw it. It's been 4 months and this still has not happened. I have been told by 4 people now that "your message will be passed along and you'll get a call back" but I doubt that will ever happen. I also toured the place before withdrawing and I doubt much has changed in 4 months, meaning go spend your money elsewhere. You can find much nicer places for the same price.
