I purchased a spa from Scioto Valley and am very pleased at the level of service I received at every step of the process. Greg did a great job of explaining the differences in spas and helping us pick the right one, and gave us regular updates while we were waiting for it to ship from the factory. Delivery was quick and easy, and the team did a good job of setting it up. I really appreciated that Jon came to my house to show me how to use and maintain it, at no extra cost. Scioto Valley seems to have thought of every way to make the buying experience as painless as possible.

Every step of the buying and set up process was great. Greg, the sales manager talked us through many models and helped us choose the best one for us. The tub was delivered on time and it was together very quickly. Jon came out to install the salt system and walked me through every function of the tub. His detailed instructions have really helped in my first couple weeks of owning my first tub. I feel like I could teach a course on the model thanks to Jon's knowledge. 100% recommend buying a tub or any of their other products here. The customer service is tops!

Dave and Nash came out to deliver a pool table that we bought. They delivered to Lancaster. They were on time and very nice. They did a great job setting up the table. No mess, in and out in two hours! Thank you David and Nash for a great experience.

Hi Kathy! We're so sorry we weren't able to get you the part you needed! It seems like this is a case of miscommunication on our end. When you called to ask if we carried o-rings, we told you we did. And we do! But it seems we did not do our due diligence and ask you what type of filter system you had. When you arrived, we unfortunately discovered (after showing you every o-ring we sell) that we did not have the type you would need. We are truly sorry that you had to travel so far, and with your child, only to discover that we couldn't help you. If there is any way we can make this up to you, please let us know!

Yes they have all different levels of cues. But don't buy 1 of there shuffleboard tables
