I requested no demolition. I requested no tub replacement. Just a tub surround replacement. I explained IN DETAIL over the phone that my tub had a wraparound wall that extended around the front of my tub about a foot on each side. No one requested pictures. No one managed expectations that they might not be able to do the work. But the salesperson visited for an estimate and said sorry, no. The literal reason was ‘too much work.’ Too much work??? Which seemed ludicrous to me. When pressed, all he could offer was that ‘they’ would say no. Simple Bath means Lazy Bath, to me. I wish I could offer more to you, dear reader. If your job has any ‘character’ to it, choose someone else. Don’t waste your time. (I hope they record their calls and use this opportunity to improve their customer service.) Edit: Simple Bath has responded without apologizing for the poor customer service.

Drew and Andy did an outstanding job on the remodel of our kitchen. Gutted the kitchen and then started from scratch. They both remained during the 6 days of the remodeling excluding the weekends. The wife and I could not of been any happier with the completion and the way the kitchen turned out, night and day.
